I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were top-notch, offering a perfect view of the fireworks, but the heating was insufficient. The service was excellent overall, with friendly staff helping us with our bags and providing useful transit guidance. The location was very convenient, being close to various dining options, shops, and the Vancouver General Hospital. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn't meet expectations, and I opted to cancel it. On the bright side, the facilities were decent, offering room service and laundry facilities.
